It's time to jump back in. It's Tuesday, January 6th. Buckle Up!

NO HALF SENDS
A NOTE FROM ROMAN | ![]() The Lincoln Memorial |
Hey. I’m glad you’re here. Quick reframe:
My ‘why’ for this monthly update letter faded in the last quarter of 2025. I think I just got tired of doing the same thing each month. I love variety. I love mixing things up. That’s a huge reason why I get so much joy out of working with our team and clients at Full Send - we’re constantly mixing things up. The monthly update became something that was more of a check the box for me.
I spent some time thinking about the ‘why’ behind it. We aim to elevate outcomes for our team, our clients, and our community. Period. We seek to critically think about how our actions help others improve their likelihood of success. Whether you’re a client or participate in our network, our mission is to help you be better.
So, the monthly updates will roll on with more of a focus on — (intentional em dash because they’re back to being cool) how do we help elevate your outcomes, strike curiosity, share learnings, or spark creativity via this message. Onward!

🎁 FULL SEND WRAPPED
Part of the Full Send team at the holiday party!
We have to celebrate a little bit. Here are few of our big wins in 2025:
We supported a CPG client navigate growing from $0 in revenue to $10M+ in 18 months
We enabled a ~$7M ARR SaaS company to raise a growth equity round with a $40M higher valuation than expected, while saving them $1M+ of costs related to the transaction
We developed automated workflows for 4 of our clients who each saw 20+% improvement to their team’s time now not spent on manual tasks
Quote to cash process
Sales proposal process
Real-time data automation & visualization
We launched a webpage for bots, not people, an LLM-readable URL built purely so AI understands what we do at Full Send. Didn’t see that on the 2025 roadmap, but apparently we all live in the future
We guided multiple clients through first year audits while supporting in subsequent fundraising initiatives
We added 8 amazing team members!
We navigated (sleeplessly, at times) 2 new Full Send babies
We surpassed $15,000 in donations to our non-profit partner, First Descents
We contributed $14,000+ to team building activities and experiences
We continued leading positive change in our industry by participating in 4 advisory boards and speaking at 14 events
While we’re proud of our accomplishments in 2025, we’ve geared up for a big push in 2026 to continue elevating outcomes for our team, our clients, and our community. We’re holding our big goals tight to the vest, but couldn’t be more excited to march forward alongside the wonderful Full Send community.
The Observation
🏋 Your Gym in January
Every January, gyms fill up with fresh motivation—and a lot of people try to cram a year of fitness into a few intense weeks.
Businesses do the same thing with finance.
January becomes the annual sprint to “finally” clean up the books: reconcile accounts, fix QuickBooks, build a budget, pull reports, and promise this is the year the numbers stay organized. It’s a great start—but without a plan, it turns into the same cycle: a strong push now, then slipping back into reactive mode once the year gets busy.
The real goal should be a healthy business rhythm you can sustain.
Our aim is to help create those operational rhythms that help you build a more sustainable business. A quality team isn’t just tracking transactions — they’re helping you navigate the uneven terrain of growth. Hiring new team members, fundraising, smoothly tackling first year audits, navigating business acquisitions, and the list goes on. A good team creates consistency: clean data you can trust, a healthy cadence to review performance and cash flow, and the discipline to catch issues early instead of scrambling later. Decisions get faster, less emotional, and less stressful—because you’re operating from clarity.
January motivation gets you started. Systems—and the right support—keep you going all year.
One Step Ahead
🧭 A Simple & Practical Guide to AI for YOU in 2026
AI isn’t a side experiment anymore — it’s becoming the layer buyers use to discover options, the layer teams use to think, and the layer work starts to run through. Heading into 2026, that changes what “marketing,” “ops,” and even “planning” actually mean.
Over the last year, we’ve been testing what works (and what doesn’t) inside our business: how to show up when someone asks an LLM “Who should I talk to for X?”, how to use AI as a real brainstorm partner instead of a generic content machine, and how to move from prompts to repeatable leverage inside workflows.
Our guide breaks it down into five practical moves:
Use AI as part of your go-to-market strategy (because if AI can’t find you, buyers won’t either)
Adopt a simple prompt format for goal-setting and strategic tradeoffs
Build custom GPTs with real context — and clean up your docs so they’re actually useful
Embed AI into workflows where reasoning matters (not just automation)
Understand where agents fit, and why “starting small” is still the winning move
If you’re planning for 2026 and want something actionable—not hype—this is the playbook.
