A bright-eyed and busy-tailed consultant builds years of experience working at a large practice and thinks to themselves - there must be a better way!
They get into business, begin working with clients, build a team, and quickly lose the capacity toā¦.continue finding a better way. Itās sad.
We hear these three common issues from new prospects:
Communication: āI donāt get timely responses from the firm I work withā¦ā
Experience: āThe firm I work with just doesnāt have expertise in my industryā¦ā

I would never claim that we have the perfect solutions to any of these problems, BUT we do have a few solutions.

Does this problem require a new way to think about a solution? Can we build a more scalable process that will allow our client to achieve more? With our data team, we are capable of far more than the typical firm. Instead of solving every problem from an angle of simply āmore hoursā, we think through the long-term objectives of our clients and design a solution with their goals in mind. Will a custom app build make more sense than a process re-write? Can we automate X, Y, or Z in order to reduce the salesā team manual data entry across systems? Thereās always a better way.
Many firms profess a commitment to quality in these areas, but unfortunately they are the areas that seem to most commonly drive pitfalls for traditional firms. They are issues that weāre actively trying to re-write a script for.
